• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4.

• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in English Language and Literature.

• Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.

• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality education.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
