A secondary school situated in the Tameside area of Greater Manchester is looking for an English teacher to join them following the October break. The successful English teacher will be joining a highly supportive and reputable English department at this large secondary school. As the appointed teacher of English you will be teaching the AQA curriculum at both KS3 and KS4 up to GCSE level. Any experience of teaching AQA English Language and English Literature would be beneficial and desirable including texts; An Inspector Calls, Animal Farm and Anthology (poetry).
This successful secondary school is situated in the heart of Tameside, making it very easily accessible for any English teachers travelling from the surrounding areas. The school is located close the local train station making it easy to commute to for those on public transport. For those who commute by car, the school has a very large on site car park which is secure along with other fantastic facilities. The local M60 ring road is also closeby making the school accessible for those travelling from further afar.
