English Teacher required for specialist secondary SEN provision

· Full time, cover role until October half term with potential to extend until Christmas
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a English teacher to work with a specialist secondary provision in the Ayesbury area.
The school caters for students aged 11-19 with a variety of additional needs including Autism, SEMH and Language and Communication needs. The position will be working with students in key stage 4 (year 10 & 11) helping prepare students for life after the school. Some students will require assistance working towards their exams and qualifications and you will be needed to work with students on a one to one basis to help them with revision and boosting their confidence towards their chosen subjects. Other students will need your assistance to help them engage with other students and build on their social and emotional skills to prepare them for adult like. You will need to work in line with the schools vision that every child should leave the school feeling ready and supported for the challenges of adult life.
This role will require you to be adaptable to different environments and English curriculum teaching experience is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
