We are looking for a full-time teacher to join our progressive department this Spring. You will support with planning and marking responsibilities, and support across KS3 and 4.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth
  • Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance students' language proficiency, critical thinking skills, and appreciation for literature
  • Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences and integrate technology into instruction
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in English education
