Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher with a passion for inspiring young minds? We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in Aylesbury. In this role, you'll be key in shaping students' love for literature and language while preparing them for their future academic success.

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that adhere to the curriculum and inspire a love for reading, writing, and language.

  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and active participation from all students.

  • Assess students' progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.

  • Differentiate your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students across varying ability levels.

  • Work closely with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources, ensuring a cohesive and stimulating learning experience.

  • Collaborate with parents to support the academic and personal development of students.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

  • Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and/or 4 is desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and the ability to deliver it effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to teaching.
