Salary: £34,000-£56,000+

The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5), delivering engaging lessons that build confidence, problem-solving skills and a passion for English.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach Key Stage 3–5 English (or grades 7–12) through engaging lessons covering literature, language, and writing skills.
• Support student growth with assessments, constructive feedback and guidance.
• Encourage reading, critical thinking and effective communication.
• Collaborate with a supportive, innovative teaching team.
• Help students develop confidence, creativity and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in English, English Literature, or related field; teaching qualification preferred (QTS).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for inspiring young learners and making English engaging and relevant.
