Salary: £34,000–£56,000+

The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5), delivering engaging lessons that foster confidence, critical thinking and a love of English.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3–5 (or grades 7–12), covering literature, language and writing skills.
• Support student development through assessments, constructive feedback, and personalised guidance.
• Promote reading, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Collaborate with a creative, supportive teaching team.
• Inspire students to build confidence, creativity, and a genuine love of learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A degree in English, English Literature, or a related field; teaching qualification preferred (QTS).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for inspiring young learners and making English exciting and relevant.
