Teaching Personnel are currently working with a secondary school in Leamington Spa who are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

• Teaching English Language and Literature across the secondary age range
• Planning and delivering engaging, challenging and creative lessons
• Inspiring students to develop their reading, writing and communication skills
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with the wider English department
• Full-time position starting ASAP
• Paid to Scale – MPS/UPS

We are looking for an English Teacher who:

• Has experience teaching English within a secondary school
• Holds QTS or equivalent – ECTs are welcome to apply
• Has strong classroom management skills
• Has experience supporting students with special educational needs and shows an awareness of how to adapt lessons to suit these individuals
• Is passionate about English and inspiring students
• Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• Is committed, reliable and enthusiastic
