Location: Nottingham (NG4 and surrounding areas)

Do you have a passion for the English language and a flair for teaching? Are you committed to helping students improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English Tutor to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.

  • Create personalised lesson plans that cater to each student's unique learning needs.

  • Help students improve their reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills.

  • Track student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in English, with a degree or relevant qualifications preferred.

  • Previous teaching/tutoring experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

  • A patient, approachable, and encouraging attitude.

  • Experience working with students of different ages and abilities is advantageous.

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
