KS3 and 4 French Teacher – Part-time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Location: Winchester
Start Date: September 2026 – October 2026 (with possibility of extension)
Contract Type: Part time
Pay: £180-£230 per day

This delightful two-form entry school is located in the outer Winchester area. With excellent facilities and warm and welcoming atmosphere, this is an ideal school for any teacher. Small class sizes and well-behaved children are just some of the highlights as well as plenty of non-contact time throughout the week.

What the School Is Looking For:

• A dedicated Secondary French Teacher with a passion for supporting young minds to grasp the basics of a new language
• A practitioner who sets high expectations and brings strong classroom management
• Experience working collaboratively
• Ability to differentiate effectively, especially to support pupils with SEND
• Creative approach to teaching French to inspire KS3 and 4
• A reflective and adaptable professional committed to continuous improvement

What We Ask From You:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK
• An up-to-date DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Proven experience teaching French to GCSE level
• Passion for nurturing and developing a love of languages
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
