The role
Fully qualified Teacher of History needed to begin in September. This will be for one year to cover a teacher who is about to go on maternity leave. NQT's are encouraged to apply.
The school
The large comprehensive secondary school is located towards the coast in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It attracts a high volume of students from local villages and is praised for its strong leadership team. The school is also supported by a local and well received local Multi-Academy Trust. A strong voice is given to both students and staff who are a part of the school are there is a strong pastoral support system in place. High standards and expectations are placed on all who attend and work within the school across areas which include Punctuality, Attendance and Behaviour. There is also a bespoke Sixth Form on site and a whole array of extra-curricular activities to take part in.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
