Role Overview: As a Full-Time English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that ignite a love for literature and language in our students. You will contribute to the school's dynamic English department, fostering a culture of academic excellence and supporting students to excel both in their studies and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and active participation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and schemes of work aligned with the national curriculum.
• Engage with parents/carers and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships and promote student success.

Requirements:

• Qualified Secondary English Teacher status (QTS or equivalent).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to promoting inclusive education and supporting the diverse needs of learners.
• Willingness to undergo vetting procedures conducted by Teaching Personnel, our school's recruitment partner.

Additional Information: Teaching Personnel is a school recruitment partner, responsible for completing vetting procedures on behalf of the school. Successful candidates may be offered temporary-to-hire or direct school contract placements, depending on their qualifications and experience.
