Role Overview: As a Full-Time English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that ignite a love for literature and language in our students. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.

  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and schemes of work aligned with the national curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Secondary English Teacher status (QTS or equivalent).
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to promoting inclusive education and supporting the diverse needs of learners.
  • Willingness to undergo vetting procedures conducted by Teaching Personnel, our school's recruitment partner.

Additional Information: Teaching Personnel is a school recruitment partner, responsible for completing vetting procedures on behalf of the school. Successful candidates may be offered temporary-to-hire or direct school contract placements, depending on their qualifications and experience. Trainee teachers about to qualify are also encouraged to apply and will receive full support and mentorship as they embark on their teaching career.
