In this role, you'll be teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities to support Key Stage 5 depending on your subject expertise. You'll plan and deliver engaging, creative, and dynamic lessons that follow the national curriculum and spark curiosity, confidence, and a genuine love for learning.

✅ What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who:

• Have experience-or are eager to gain experience-teaching in a secondary school setting (KS3 and KS4 essential; KS5 desirable)
• Can plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all learners
• Demonstrate strong classroom management, behaviour strategies, and confident communication skills
• Show commitment to student progress, wellbeing, and achievement
• Have a genuine passion for education and want to make a positive, lasting impact

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be in the process of completing your teacher training/induction

If you don't yet have all the necessary documentation, Teaching Personnel can support you in obtaining:

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
• Level 2 Safeguarding training
• Minimum two recent professional references covering 24 months
