Role Overview:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour confidently and effectively
• Ensure continuity of learning during staff absences
• Adapt to different schools, classes and environments
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Enjoy no planning or marking, allowing you to focus on teaching

Requirements:

• A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS)
• Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach
• The ability to travel across Staffordshire and/or Cheshire
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
