Are you a compassionate and adaptable qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for supporting young people?
We are looking for a dedicated Secondary Teacher to join their team full-time from September 2025.
As a teacher in this setting, you'll deliver tailored lessons to small groups and individual learners across Key Stages 2-4. You'll be working in a calm, therapeutic environment where relationships, trust, and consistency are at the heart of learning.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering personalised, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Supporting pupils' academic, emotional, and behavioural development
Implementing trauma-informed strategies to manage challenging behaviour
Working closely with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers to ensure holistic support
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs
