You will work with learners aged 16 to 18, supporting those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including autism spectrum conditions, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and complex behavioural, emotional and medical needs.
- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support students in achieving EHCP outcomes, including independence and life skills
- Act as a personal tutor for a small group of learners
- Manage and support complex behaviours positively
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Contribute to a broad curriculum, including functional skills and PSHE
- Full-time, permanent role with immediate start
- Pay: In line with Teacher Main Pay Scale
- Term-time position within a specialist setting
- QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience or strong interest in SEN and autism
- Ability to deliver engaging, structured and adaptive lessons
